By accessing or using MySheetFixer (including Data Validator and GST Guard), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• We offer a 7-day free trial with core features enabled.
• Paid plans are billed in advance per term (monthly/yearly). Taxes may apply.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the current term ends.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer components, or interfere with other users. Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You retain ownership of your sheet data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (e.g., validations, fixes, reconciliations). See the Privacy Policy for details on processing and retention.

The service, documentation, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We may offer preview/beta features. These are provided “as-is” and may change or be discontinued without notice.

The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that validations, fixes, or reconciliations are error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. You may cancel at any time. Refunds/credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru (Karnataka) shall have exclusive jurisdiction (update this to your venue if needed).

We may update these Terms. We’ll post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
