Refund Policy

Free trial

We provide a 7-day free trial with core features enabled. You can evaluate Data Validator (Data Fix) and GST Guard before paying.

Subscriptions & cancellations

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected term (monthly/yearly).
  • You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the current term.
  • Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

Refunds

  • If you were charged after cancelling or due to a clear billing mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund.
  • Except for the above, payments are generally non-refundable once a term has started, because infrastructure costs are incurred.
  • If the service experienced prolonged unavailability (e.g., more than 24 hours continuous), reach out and we’ll review a pro-rata credit at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email hello@mysheetfixer.com with your account email, invoice ID, and a short description. We typically respond within 1 business day.
